หลังจากวันสุดท้ายของการศึกษาภายใน 1 สัปดาห์ นักศึกษา ระดับปริญญาโททุกหลักสูตร ทุกชั้นปี และทุกสาขาวิชา จะต้อง รายงานผลการศึกษาเป็นประจำทุกภาคการศึกษาจนกว่าจะสำเร็จ การศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นเงื่อนไขของการศึกษา ตามหลักสูตรระดับ บัณฑิตศึกษาของคณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ และเงื่อนไขของ บัณฑิตวิทยาลัย

Within a week after the last day of every semester/classes, all master's students must report their progress using the Faculty’s form, with the approval of the Graduate Program Executive Committee and the Graduate Education Executive Committee and inform the Graduate School to acknowledge that is under the Announcement of the Graduate School, Chiang Mai University No. 24/2017 Subject Graduate Student Thesis Procedures, signed on July 7, 2012 article 37 (3.7.3).

การสอบวัดคุณสมบัติคือ การสอบเพื่อประเมินความพร้อมและ ความสามารถของนักศึกษาปริญญาเอกเพื่อมีสิทธิ์เสนอโครงร่าง ดุษฎีนิพนธ์

การสอบประมวลความรู้คือ การสอบเพื่อทดสอบความรู้ในแนว กว้างความสามารถในการผสมผสานแนวความคิดและเนื้อหาและ ความสามารถในการนําเอาความรู้มาแก้ปัญหา ผู้มีสิทธิ์สอบต้อง ลงทะเบียนกระบวนวิชาต่างๆ ครบถ้วนตามหลักสูตร และสอบ ผ่านกระบวนวิชาบังคับโดยได้อักษรลําดับขั้นไม่ต่ำกว่า C

Qualifying Examintion is to evaluate readiness and capability of doctoral students, in order to receive the right to enroll dissertation

Comprehensive Examination is to test general knowledge, concepts and content integration capability, and knowledge application capability in problem solving. The student must have enrolled all courses specified in the curriculum and pass all required courses with at least grade C.

การสอบโครงร่างวิทยานิพนธ์ คือ การสอบเพื่อประเมินความ สามารถของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท เพื่อประเมินความสามารถ ในการวางแผน และวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย

The Thesis Proposal Examination is designed for a master's student to evaluate a candidate’s ability to plan, conduct and communicate independent research in both oral and written form. The quality of the proposal document is an important part of the evaluation. Each year the department holds a thesis proposal preparation guidance session.

การสอบโครงร่างดุษฎีนิพนธ์ คือ การสอบเพื่อประเมิน ความสามารถของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ในการวางแผน และวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ซึ่งนักศึกษาจะต้องผ่านการสอบวัด คุณสมบัติ จึงจะมีสิทธิ์ขอรับการสอบโครงร่างดุษฎีนิพนธ์ได้

The Dissertation Proposal Examination is designed for a Ph.D. student to evaluate a candidate’s ability to plan, conduct and communicate independent research in both oral and written form. The quality of the proposal document is an important part of the evaluation. Each year the department holds a thesis proposal preparation guidance session. Students must have completed the Qualifying Examination are encouraged to attend.

หลังจากการสอบโครงร่างปริญญานิพนธ์ นักศึกษาจะต้องรายงาน การแก้ไขการสอบโครงร่างปริญญานิพนธ์จากคณะกรรมการสอบ โครงร่างปริญญานิพนธ์ โดยผ่านความเห็นชอบจากอาจารย์ที่ ปรึกษา เสนอคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรบัณฑิตศึกษาประจำ สาขาวิชา และคณะกรรมการบัณฑิต ศึกษาประจำคณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ พร้อมกับโครงร่างปริญญานิพนธ์

After the Thesis/I.S. Proposal Examination, student must report of proposed Thesis/I.S. following the recommendation of the Committee, with the approval of advisor, Graduate education executive committee and finally, the Graduate Education Executive Committee.

การสอบดุษฎีนิพนธ์/วิทยานิพนธ์/การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระ จะเป็น การสอบแบบปากเปล่า (Oral Examination) โดยนักศึกษา ระดับปริญญาเอกจะต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษตลอดช่วงระยะเวลาของ การสอบ

The Dissertation/Thesis/I.S. defense is a formal oral examination between student and committee. A Doctoral degree student must use English as the medium of communication for dissertation defense.
